| PQ Aquatics Club Swim Team offers a complete program of aquatic instruction and in-depth training for High School athletes and aspiring young athletes. In 18 years as a community institution, PQAC has trained hundreds of strong, competitive swimmers. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to fully developing the potential of every member in a friendly, encouraging atmosphere. We work with swimmers to improve fitness, technique, endurance, and training to participate in swim meets as well as boost self-confidence through hard work and goal setting. This is available within the convenience of our own neighborhood at Mt. Carmel High School's pools. In addition to Rancho Penasquitos, we serve other communities such as Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Valley, Mira Mesa, and Scripps Ranch. We strive to give everyone involved an enriching and positive experience. Workout sessions are divided by age and ability. Evening session during the school year, and morning or evening sessions during the summer are offered for your convenience. We also provide one-on-one private instruction to help swimmers be proficient in their strokes. Complete and partial season memberships are available. |
